Business Analyst

We’re a start-up, grant funded program building a platform to make debt investments in small and growing businesses in Jakarta, with a focus on women-owned/women-led businesses.  The position is expected to collaboratively support a small, but growing team (international and Jakarta) to develop a strong and positive professional image among institutional donors, development finance institutions and clients.  The business model is expected to evolve into a for-profit lending platform.

We’re looking for a resilient, self-starter, who can evolve with the role, as the organization grows, to support the business and lending analysis in Jakarta.  The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience with international donors/DFI, as well as private sector experience with MFIs, retail banking or consumer finance and with uncollateralized lending models.  We are looking for a professional, who can lead, with hands on and sleeves rolled up, for this full-time (ideal) or part-time position.

Ultimately, the roles and responsibilities, title and remuneration will depend on the experiences and expertise of the chosen candidate.
