Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), is a humanitarian non-government organization who works based Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) particularly in child rights fulfillment and community development. Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia provides child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief programs in 15 CDPs (Community Development Project) and serving 10,824 children. Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia has missions around the world to ensure the well-being of people in need.

Job Summary

Direct and excute overall project operations in each area (which may include but not limited to: programme implementation, human resources management, finances management and logistics activities) to ensure the effective and proper implementation of the projects operations and its compliance with GNI’s mission objectives and societal needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, formulate and direct general strategy and operational plans for the project management in order to provide full support for the approved project to maximize the impact to society and increase its efficiency.
  • Approve and direct the overall day-to-day operation in for the Project Office to ensure their alignment with GNI’s compliance and governance
  • Conduct local community development program needs assessment and surveys (which may include online survey, community workshop, etc.) in order to provide comprehensive understanding development state in the community.
  • Coordinate and review community development program plan and strategy implementation in order to ensure all programs are align with Gugah Nurani Indonesia’s goals.
  • Direct the implementation of projects to ensure their alignment with GNI’s mission objectives and societal needs.
  • Prepare report of program activities and budget execution in order to monitor performance and target accomplishment.
  • Maintain and improve mutual and beneficial relationships with external stakeholders to ensure the optimum support from all high-level stakeholders towards the project.

Job Requirements

  1. Have at least bachelor’s degree
  2. Have at least 5 years of work experience in community development sector
  3. Have computer skills (MS word, MS Power point, MS excel)
  4. Able to communicate in English/Korean
