MICRA Indonesia is a local foundation founded in 2006 and expand its work over the past thirteen years in microfinance throughout Indonesia. MICRA’s mission is to build the institutional strength and outreach of the Indonesian microfinance sector and poverty alleviation, by providing a full range of high-quality, best-practice technical inputs and support to all industry stakeholders, in a sustainable and demand-driven manner. MICRA Indonesia is currently seeking Indonesian citizen to fill the post through external candidates:

Secretary of Executive Director

Job Description

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Secretary/Management/Business or any related major from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Have at least 2-year experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant
  • Familiar with Task Secretary, good administration skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written) is a must
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • High integrity and honest
  • Willing to travel when needed
