Job Description
- Develop program design and concept for HFH Indonesia in general
- Develop PDME for project
- Prepare report and proposal
- Monitoring project alignment between design and implementation
- Supervise Program Officers
- Coordination with internal stakeholders related to program design, proposal and report
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): PDMEAL, Proposal & report writing, Program Development, Stakeholder management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment tools.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
