PetaBencana.id is looking to hire a Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for developing and facilitating collaborative relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, from government agencies, corporate partners, academics and NGOs, with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships to accelerate the reach, awareness, and understanding of PetaBencana.id and support its long term financial and programmatic sustainability.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work with an international, multi-disciplinary team on developing humanitarian infrastructures and build capacities for community-based disaster response. We offer a competitive salary, based on experience. We’re looking for a new team member who is ambitious yet humble, has a lot of initiative and a good sense of humour!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Identifying and developing new relationships and partnerships to enable broader use of,
contributions to, and engagement with PetaBencana.id
+ Seek out and develop strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders at national,
regional, and district level;
+ Maintain high quality coordination and relationship with partners and government agencies;
+ Lead and implement a fundraising and sustainment strategy through corporate partnerships
+ Build the organizational network through targeted outreach
+ Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy;

Qualifications:

+ At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
+ Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Experience proposal writing, pitching and negotiating
+ Proactive and collaborative approach
+ Experience building effective strategic partnerships between the corporate/private sector and non-profit sectors, an asset
+ Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
